LUBESITE 205 Polycarbonate Base Grease Feeder, 2 oz. Capacity, 1/8 Inch NPT

LubeSite 205 grease feeder is designed for applications with minimal vibration, impact, shock, torque or centrifugal forces. It is ideal for bearing housing operating under static conditions. It prevents machine failure due to over / under-greasing and keeps the bearings on motors, conveyors, fans & other critical machine parts lubricated.

• There are only two moving parts in this grease feeder - a spring and a piston with metering rod & piston seal ring.
• The metering rod's graduated channels allow the bearing to use grease as needed.
• After filling the reservoir and connecting the unit to a bearing, the single-point lubricator uses Venturi action to discharge lubricant only when the bearing is in motion.
• The grease flow stops when the bearing stops.

• LubeSite 205 grease feeder features a clear polycarbonate reservoir & base to provide visual inspection of the unit's internal working.
• It comes assembled with medium springs, along with an extra-heavy spring, to facilitate high-pressure flushing.
• The single-point configuration is capable of generating 1 - 2 psi pressure, using Venturi action to discharge lubricant / grease only when the bearing is in motion.
• It should be used with NLGI Grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease.
