Oetiker 10100019 clamp is made from anti-corrosive, zinc-plated steel to offer an increased clamping range as compared to other standard ear clamps. It is ideal for low-pressure applications in the automobile, heating & ventilation, mining, agriculture and plumbing industries. It is compatible with plastic tubing, electrical cables and rubber & welding hoses.

• Oetiker 10100019 zinc plated ear clamp is installed using Oetiker hand installation pincers that only require single stroke tool closure for securing.
• The nominal diameter of the clamp must be chosen accordingly when installed using the correct clamping force.
• The clamp is placed in the ear space (over the end of the tube or hose) and is closed with a jaw pincer tool for bridging & sealing the ear gap tightly.
• It ensures uniform compression force around the overall circumference of the clamp.
• Owing to the specific geometry of this zinc-plated ear clamp, clamping force rises and creates a spring during the expansion or contraction of hose material, in response to thermal or mechanical influences such as temperature, vibration, etc.
• Burrs generated during forming and shearing are entirely removed via a barrel finishing operation.
