The quick-release ratchet has a 15-degree arc swing (minimum), making it easy to manoeuvre in restricted areas. Its pear-shaped head and ergonomically designed handle with knurled grip make this ratchet extremely comfortable to use and provide added control.
Sliding T-bars are designed to add length (when used as an extension with a ratchet) to improve leverage and torque delivery when loosening / tightening fasteners that are located in hard-to-reach areas.
A socket fits on the outside of the fastener to provide more contact area than an open-end wrench and apply more torque since the socket is less likely to slip off the fastener.
