It features a compact design that allows both single part & mass production and is equipped with a plunger & hand wheel / hand lever that can be operated either by one hand or both hands, separately or simultaneously. This clamp has a foot mounted, flanged base for ease of installation and is capable of withstanding loads up to 4045 lb. Destaco FO-220 straight line action clamp is designed only for axial loads, and an additional radial support of the plunger is recommended for use with side loads.
