Destaco 807 Seriespneumatic hold down clamps are pneumatic versions of 207 Series manual clamps. They are sensor ready for accommodating both round & T slot style sensors and have an inbuilt flow restriction feature to eliminate the requirement of an external flow control. Destaco 807-U-LC is used to replace worn out or faulty assembly of Destaco 807-U clamp. This clamp assembly is equipped with a U bar for accommodating an adjustable spindle to hold down workpieces. It can be actuated by a double acting pneumatic cylinder that features a magnetic ring piston for smooth operation & position sensing. This pneumatic cylinder consumes 0.015 cubic feet of air through a 1/8 NPT or G-1/8 port and can handle a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The replacement clamp assembly provides a maximum load capacity of 375 lb. It is completely self contained & requires only a pressure source, providing user safety & secure operation. This clamp has threaded mounting holes on its base for quick & easy installation on flat, horizontal surfaces.
