Destaco 807-S-LC pneumatic toggle clamp is a replacement clamp that is to be used with Destaco 807-S and 807-SE models, when these models stop functioning properly or become obsolete. It is ideal for quick clamping, fixturing & testing, assembling and welding applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. This clamp employs air actuated cylinders for applying clamping pressure & holding workpieces in place and allows economical use on short run jobs with temporary fixturing. This pneumatic toggle clamp is actuated by a double acting pneumatic cylinder with a maximum clamping pressure of 145 psig. Destaco 807-S-LC pneumatic toggle clamp is equipped with a non pivoting cylinder that can easily be hard-piped into fixtures, and is integrated with a magnetic piston ring for accurate position sensing. The unit is completely self contained & requires only a pressure source for safety. Further, it features an enclosed design for spot & MIG welding in dirty working environments. Destaco 807-S-LC pneumatic hold down clamp is sensor ready for both round and T-slot style sensors, and features in built flow restriction to eliminate the need for external flow controls. It comes integrated with a bolt retainer for handling loads up to 500 lb, and can be operated at temperatures ranging from -14 to 194 degrees F.
