Destaco 375 Seriespull action latch clamps are ideal for repetitive closing & opening of workpieces (placed parallel to the clamp base) in latching, moulding and assembly operations. They feature an ergonomic handle for placing a horizontal U hook around an opposing workpiece latch / cleat. The clamp handles have a patented thumb control lever for a convenient one handed operation. Destaco 375-R-M-100 clamp is equipped with a 100 mm longer U hook for pulling a workpiece / fixture at a greater length. It has flanged base for temporary & easily removable installation on a flat, horizontal surface / workpiece. This latch clamp has heavy duty steel construction for preventing wear & tear due to rough usage. It is integrated with Toggle Lock Plus mechanism for preventing accidental opening of the clamp. This clamp has a maximum holding capacity of 4000 lb. Raptor Supplies offers this clamp in variants having weld on base for permanent installation; without Toggle Lock Plus mechanism for reducing operating costs where secondary locking of the clamp is not required. You can order these latch clamps with different hook lengths (standard length, 25mm longer than standard length & 50 mm longer than standard length), by simply removing -M-100 or adding -M-25 & -M-50 at the end of the model number.
We also offer a similar (Destaco 385-R-M-100) latch clamp having a maximum holding capacity of 7500 lb.

Destaco 375-R-M-100 latch clamp is used in transportation, consumer goods, aerospace, automotive and food & packaging industries to perform latching, moulding and assembling operations. This clamp is also suitable for closure applications on fixtures like doors, lids, containers, drums, vessels and access covers.
Raptor Supplies offers these manual clamps in variants without the Destaco Toggle Lock Plus feature (375-M-100) to reduce operating costs and in weld on base mounting style (375-BR-M-100) for permanent, welded installation.
Raptor Supplies can deliver similar latch clamps having different hook lengths, such as standard length (375-R), 25 mm longer than standard length (375-R-M-25) and 50 mm longer than standard length (375-R-M-50).
These pull action latch clamps have a handle to operate the tool, a clamping arm to act as a contact point between the work item & the clamp and a base to attach the clamp to the surface. Once the simple linkage system of the clamp is put in the over-centre position, the handle is moved for creating a force parallel to the base to hold the work items.
Many of the Destaco manual clamps come with the Toggle Lock Plus feature to act as a secondary locking mechanism and ensure the over-centre toggle lock condition of the clamps. This mechanism is essential when fixtures of the clamp are in motion, in a vibratory environment or are inverted. It offers an extra level of safety for the user and the workpiece.
Whenever you're dealing with the brand's mechanical clamps, it is recommended to use a coupling grease like Mobil XTC.
The holding capacity or the holding force depicts the clamp's capability to hold down equipment or sheet metal on the assembly line or during similar manufacturing processes.
The red coloured handles alert the user about the location of the operating handle and when he should grab it. The red colour has no additional advantage to the working of the clamps.
Most Destaco clamps feature grips that can be easily removed by simply sliding them off. But some handle grips undergo vinyl dipping to fit the underlying handle and hence, have to be cut off for removal.
