Working Mechanism

  • The diaphragm pump starts with an intake stroke where the diaphragm moves away from the inlet valve, creating a vacuum.

  • Once the chamber is emptied, the diaphragm returns to its original position, ready for the next intake stroke.
  • The cycle repeats as long as the pump is in operation, drawing in and expelling the fluid or gas with each stroke.
