This micrometer consists of a box, key, one battery and a gauge block for measurements from 25 mm upward and it covers up to a 50 mm measuring range with a factory certificate included.
Keep the device clean and free of dust and debris. Regularly check the LCD and battery to ensure they are functioning correctly. Also, operate the spindle smoothly to avoid wear and ensure longevity.
To change the battery in micrometer, locate the battery compartment, usually found at the end of the micrometer. Gently open the compartment, replace the old SR-44 battery with a new one and securely close the compartment. It is advisable to confirm the micrometre's settings after changing the battery to ensure it remains accurate.
