DYNABRADE 52431 Offset Air Cut Off Tool 20k Rpm 36 Cfm

Dynabrade 52431 cut-off wheel tool is ideal for cutting sheet metal, frame rails, clamps & bolts by fitting 4-inch diameter reinforced cut-off wheels (with 3/8-inch centre hole) in its 3/8"-24 spindle. This Dynabrade air tool has a handle that is offset 7 degrees for one-handed control & user comfort.

• Firstly, check all the equipment and mounting accessories for any damage. Wear personal protection equipment.
• Connect the tool to the air power source with inlet pressure below 90 PSIG through a filter-regulator-lubricator unit to prevent unclean / wet air or insufficient lubrication.
• Use a clamping device for holding the workpiece in place without excessively forcing the tool or workpiece.
• Depress the throttle lever in the unit to start the unit. Operate the machine for one minute before the application to determine safe & proper operation. Check that the tool is not running at speeds above the rated RPM (speed) using a tachometer.
• Start the operation on the workpiece after performing the required checks.
• Shut down the tool after every use.
