Destaco 9530-2L pneumatic swing clamp employs compressed air for applying clamping pressure to hold workpieces in place. This clamp is made of aluminium to handle operating temperatures ranging from -14 to 195 degrees Fahrenheit and pressure up to 120 psi. It is a non locking clamp that provides clamping force in direct proportion to the bore size and inlet pressure. This pneumatic swing clamp is intended for quick swing-and-clamp movement in secondary manufacturing operations on metallic & non metallic products in the automotive and food & packaging industries. Destaco 9530-2L pneumatic swing clamp is integrated with a sturdy swing mechanism that ensures the angle positioning of the clamping arm remains the same, even after a slight collision with the workpiece during unloading or loading. It can be mounted to any face with an optional side flange mounting kit and is designed to be switch ready for sensors. The robust one-piece construction guarantees accurate alignment of internal components and clamping rigidity. This pneumatic clamp is incorporated with a pneumatic input cylinder for connecting to a source of compressed air and has internal orifices to prevent cam damage caused by over accelerating the clamp. It clamps down on the workpiece with the help of a manually adjustable threaded stud at the end of an air-powered pivoting arm.
