Destaco 89R50-025-2 pneumatic swing clamp is ideal for fixturing, testing, assembling and welding applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. This clamp offers lock angle repeatability with high accuracy, where uninterrupted and rapid access to the clamping station is needed, thereby making clamping on an extremely compact area possible. The double acting, non locking clamp delivers clamping force in direct proportion to inlet pressure & bore size, and the swing & clamp movement ensures improved productivity. This clamp is sensor ready for T slot & round style sensors, which makes it capable of accommodating 6.5 mm x 5 mm T slot & 4 mm round style switches. Destaco 89R50-025-2 clamp employs a strong hydraulic clamp mechanism that is intended to provide quick clamping in secondary manufacturing operations, on both non metallic and metallic products. It offers field manageable swing direction (left / right / straight line) and has been tested for several million cycles for efficient performance. This unit features a block style body for ease of installation and a robust design to improve the fundamental functions of the clamp & offer consistency. It comes with clamp arms for maximum, fatigue less clamping force (maximum total stroke of 52 mm) and a holding capacity of 138 lb. This unit is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder having an input port to connect to a source of compressed air. It is compatible with multiple mounting accessories, including body mount flanges & replacement seal kits for unobstructed functioning of the clamp. It can swing in left hand, right hand & straight directions.
