Destaco 82L4G-2030000 pneumatic power clamp is designed for a variety of clamping, gripping, tensioning and locating applications in the aerospace, automotive and food & packaging industries. This clamp has a lightweight aluminium body to reduce operator fatigue and steel arm for increased strength & durability, and is suitable for positioning and holding items securely. The enclosed pneumatic clamp is designed with precision and is specifically intended for harsh welding environments that demand superior clamping power. This clamp is also integrated with hardened rivets & bushings at pivot points to fix, rotate & move the handle bar for the required work position and it operates at a maximum clamp arm pressure of 120 psi by offering holding torque of 380 ft-lb. It has a pneumatic cylinder with an input port for connecting to a source of compressed air and comes with a patented Toggle Lock Plus mechanism for locking clamp in the fixed position if sudden pressure drop or hose disconnection is detected. The Toggle Lock Plus safety feature ensures that the over-centre locking condition is maintained and the clamp remains protected against unintentional opening. It is supplied with a horizontal U clamp arm (centrally positioned for firm clamping).
