Destaco 810 Seriespneumatic hold down clamps are pneumatic versions of 210 Series manual clamps. They are sensor ready for accommodating both round & T slot type sensors to detect open or close position of the clamps. These clamps feature a built in flow restriction to eliminate the need for an external flow control. Destaco 810-U-LC is used to replace old or worn out assembly of Destaco 810-U or 810-UE clamp. This clamp assembly is equipped with a U clamping bar for accommodating an adjustable spindle assembly. It is operated using a pneumatic cylinder that has a magnetic ring piston for smooth operation & position sensing. This pneumatic cylinder consumes 0.029 cubic feet of air through a 1/8 NPT or G-1/8 port and can handle a maximum pressure of 10 bar. Destaco 810-U-LC pneumatic clamp provides a maximum load holding capacity of 600 lb. It is completely self contained & requires only a pressure source to provide user safety. This clamp's base has threaded mounting holes for quick & easy installation on a horizontal surface / workpiece.
