Destaco 807-UE pneumatic hold down clamp, also known as toggle clamp or pneumatic toggle clamp, is ideal for quick clamping in the automotive and food & packaging industries. It employs double acting air actuated cylinders for applying clamping pressure up to 145 psig and is designed to fix & hold workpieces together. This portable pneumatic clamp allows economical use on short run jobs with temporary fixturing. This Destaco pneumatic clamp is equipped with a non pivoting cylinder that can easily be hard-piped into fixtures, and is integrated with a magnetic piston ring for accurate position sensing. This unit is completely self contained and requires only a pressure source for safety. It also features an enclosed design for spot & MIG welding in dirty working environments. Destaco 807-UE pneumatic hold down clamp is sensor ready for both round and T-slot style sensors, and features an in built flow restriction system to eliminate the need for external flow controls. The clamp also comes integrated with a bolt retainer for handling loads up to 375 lb, and can be operated at temperatures ranging from -10 to 90 degrees Celsius.
