Destaco 8007-EHR pneumatic toggle clamp, also known as pneumatic hold down clamp, is ideal for quick clamping in the automotive and food & packaging industries. It uses air-actuated cylinders for applying clamping pressure to hold workpieces in place and allowing economical use on short-run jobs with temporary fixturing. This portable clamp is equipped with a toggle mechanism for keeping the clamp mechanically locked, even during loss of air pressure. It is completely self-contained & requires only a pressure source. The solid clamping bar and hardened pins & bushings at all pivot points ensure durability of the unit. Destaco 8007-EHR pneumatic hold down clamp is sensor ready for both round and T-slot style sensors, and features in-built flow restriction to eliminate the need for external flow controls. This Destaco pneumatic toggle clamp is equipped with a non pivoting cylinder that can easily be hard-piped into fixtures, and is equipped with a magnetic piston ring for accurate position sensing. It features an enclosed design for spot & MIG welding in dirty working environments.
