Product Details

    • The Morse 201/20-1-50 portable drum roller for mixing the contents of a closed drum in chemicals, oil & gas, pharmaceutical / biotechnology industries or any application that requires uniform or homogenous mixing of liquid or dry drum contents.
    • The drum roller saves time, labour and money by reducing losses due to transferring or using special vessels for homogenising the contents.
    • This user specific model requires 1-phase, 110 / 220V, 50Hz motor and is great for use in small spaces and can be used with a variety of drum types and sizes from a 19-litre pail / bucket to a 205-litre drum made of either steel or plastic.
    • Integrated with 2 polyolefin wheels, 2 swivel casters & a built-in tipping bar to provide leverage for vertical loading & unloading and 4 drive & 4 idler wheels for rolling drums.
    • The unit rolls drums at a fixed speed of 16 RPM and can accept drums with a maximum diameter of 71 cm and maximum height of 96 cm.
    • The drum roller is rated for a maximum drum weight of 227 kg and also supports slightly heavier drums of up to 250 kg to be rolled, using additional wheels to help distribute the additional weight.
    • The portable drum roller operates in three-steps: 1) Load the drum in a vertical position onto the base plate of the drum roller. 2) Lower the top rim hook to the top, inner drum rim to secure the drum against the drum roller. 3) Release the kickstand and use the tipping lever (retractable) to tilt the drum roller from an upright to a horizontal rolling position. NOTE: Heavy drums must have a minimum height of 76 cm for the rim hook to lock the drum into position.
    • A seperate control / switch / plug combo is supplied with this model that can be installed on the unit by a qualified electrician, as controls are not included with this model. Portable drum rollers should be installed with a guard enclosure, using safety interlock (sold separately) that switches off the drum roller when the enclosure gate is opened, ensuring safety of workers.
