This latch clamp needs little effort for locking & unlocking, and provides a pin connection to resist movement in different directions, allowing clamp rotation about its axis. Destaco 341-RSS pull action latch clamp offers a stationary alternative to removable C clamps or spring clamps while securing material to a work surface. This latch clamp mounts to the work surface and holds workpieces in place using a lever handle that is pushed to the upright position when the clamp is engaged. Destaco 341-RSS pull action latch clamp is integrated with a patented thumb control lever for single handed operation and are ideal for molding & securing closures for doors, lids & covers. This pull action latch clamp features a flanged base having threaded holes that allow the unit to be mounted to a worktable or flat surface. It depends on 3 main components - a clamping arm for contact point between the work item & clamp, a handle for operating the tool and a base for attaching the clamp to the surface. Once the simple linkage system of the clamp is put in the over centre position, the handle is pulled horizontally / vertically to create force parallel to the base and squeeze holding the items. Destaco 341-RSS pull action latch clamp is equipped with threaded U hook for easy adjustments and comes with Toggle Lock Plus feature to provide protection from accidental opening of the clamp during clamping operations. This pull action latch clamp is made of stainless steel for resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces and is capable of withstanding loads up to 2000 lb.
