It has a fixed design for securing and loosening materials without moving the clamp. The clamp is equipped with a flanged base with threaded holes for easy installation. Destaco 202-USS clamp is suitable for checking fixtures, light machining, assembling & testing, welding, drilling, milling and woodworking applications in the automotive, aerospace, and food & packaging industries. It is integrated with precisely machined components having hardened & ground pivot pins and bushings for prolonged service life. The weldable vertical toggle clamp provides the flexibility to position the handle as it incorporates an ergonomic, U shaped arm with fatigue less handle grip. This vertical hold-down clamp is made of stainless steel for resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces and is capable of withstanding loads up to 250 lb. The long handle ensures great hand clearance and can exhibit a minimum opening angle of 90 degrees for additional safety. Additionally, it accommodates 1/4 inch spindle assembly to provide maximum clamping force.
