Cash Valve adjustable back pressure relief valve is used to regulate & control fluid systems by maintaining consistent pressure levels. This valve is used in oil & gas, chemical processing and manufacturing industries. It safeguards equipment from pressure buildup, preventing potential damage and ensuring operational safety. It enables precise adjustments to release excess pressure, maintaining optimal working conditions for pipelines, tanks and vessels.

By adjusting the tension of the spring, the valve can maintain a consistent setpoint. When pressure exceeds this setpoint, the valve opens to release excess pressure and closes when the pressure returns to the desired level.
The spring-loaded mechanism provides the force to keep the valve closed under normal operating conditions.
When the system pressure exceeds the setpoint, the force of the spring is overcome by the pressure force, causing the valve to lift & allow excess pressure to be released.
The valve prevents potentially dangerous overpressure situations that could damage equipment or lead to catastrophic failures, thus ensuring operational safety.
