Insert the caster plates / caster assembly into the electrician cart's receivers and secure them using clevis pins & cotter pins.
Hold the slide arms against the unit's frame and align a slide arm bracket to it such that two bolt holes on the frame & brackets are below the arm and one hole is above it. Then install the hardware / bolts.
Fix the handle to the unit using the 3/8 inch hardware and fit the coil bars into their bar slots.
Now this electrician cart is ready for operation. Load the cart by distributing loads evenly & balancing them throughout the cart.
Whenever the cart is stationary, apply caster brakes by pressing down the brake levers. Raise the brake levers to unlock the brakes when the cart is required to be moved.
