FERNCO TSW-4 Flexible Tap Saddle Wye 12 Inch Length 4 Inch

Fernco TSW-4 tap saddle offers a faster & cheaper way to make connections in main sewer lines. It fits over a sewer line using clamps to offer a leak-proof connection. This 12-inch-long Fernco tap saddle has a wye type connection that facilitates lateral connection.

• After excavating the sewer line and cleaning the outer surface of the pipe, create a hole in the sewer pipe of appropriate diameter matching the Fernco TSW-4 wye tap saddle's locating ring. Remove any sharp edges.
• Wrap the saddle around the pipe by positioning the tap saddle gasket such that the locating ring gets inside the cored hole.
• Secure the saddle to the pipe by sliding the supplied clamps in place & pulling on their tails.
• Connect the lateral pipe to the wye port & tighten a clamp at the connection point.

• Fernco TSW-4 tap saddle is suitable only for non-potable water applications.
• Its wye connection is a female type connection that accepts lateral connections.
• This 12-inch-long Fernco tap saddle has a locating ring inside its large sized apron for fitting holes on the sewer line.
• Large band grooves on the tap saddle allow tight connection of clamps without allowing any excess movement.
